This was the best boba place. I remember stepping foot inside back in 2004. It is really close to my home. Sad to be this place closed this year. Never thought this would happen. From what I heard, they are opening a new coffee shop in the future.

What happened? It was there forever and had the best boba drinks! Sadness...such a bummer they closed. The place next door is not as good.

Boba Loca is a low key good boba spot if you're looking for some quick boba and a snack. They have a wide variety of different types of boba, including all types of milk tea, regular teas, shakes, slushes, and smoothies. They even have over 10 different types of Korean dogs. On their menu they also had acai bowls and shaved ice. The last time I came I got their brown sugar milk tea with boba which was pretty good. You can adjust the sweetness. I also got their cheeto cheese rice dog which was pretty good. I like that they leave out the sauce so you can do it yourself. The inside is chill and there are tables and chairs to hang out or work. I would come back again.

Came because my daughter loves boba and she was e craving the flaming Cheetos corn dog along with their boba based on a tick tok she saw. Upon arriving it was simple, a young adult boy served us warmly and treated us a surprise toy that comes with a boba drink, you pay simply $4 extra for the surprise. My daughter also ordered their Flaming Cheetos Dog and I tried their Ramen dog (mozzarella inside and their corn dog on the outside has dried ramen, so it's crispy). The Flaming Cheetos corn dog actually uses crushed Flaming Cheetos as it's cover, so it's beyond delicious; the sweetness level will be subjective, tell them if you prefer sweet or none. We don't like any sugar. If you love Flaming Cheetos corn dog, this place hits the spot! Their corn dogs are pretty generous in size and I got full half way! If you don't want sugar on your Flaming Cheetos, let them know. Their surprise toy cup is a perfect treat and it's what's in today, a Sanrio or BTS surprise! Their Tteboki is generous and delicious either the same day or as leftovers. There is NO all American Chedder corn dog, it is only ALL Mozarella or half Mozerella with hot dog. Make sure to tell them if you want the Tteboki Original or they will may give you the one with hot dog; there is a $3 price difference. You can stay with purchase for 1 hour, to make room for those who go just to eat. It is not a studying place, however there are those who like to go there in the evenings with their laptops. We have been here 4 times and service has been wonderful as well as their food.

This is one of Little Saigon's best kept secrets. It's been here almost longer than I've been alive, for 26 years, serving up some old-school boba, but also keeping up with the times like a mystery cup they offer that comes with a surprise BTS or Sanrio keychain. Not only do they have drinks, but their food is amazing too. First off, the ddukbokki is such a huge portion and a Korean classic. Another classic, Korean corn dogs, which you can get single count or a pack of 4 if you're in a party mood ;) Of course, none of this is complete without some bingsu or Korean shaved ice which tastes like the fluffiest thing you've ever put in your mouth. Thanks for reading! ^-^

The shave ice was awesome. The ice is so fine and flaky it was incredible. You would think because it is so fine that it would melt right away but you have a little time to enjoy the texture and cold without it being just soup. The ingeolmee bean powder covered the whole shave ice, ample flavorful.
